All original artwork is meticulously created using archival quality acrylics on canvas. Artwork ships directly from Shades of Pine Studio in Mississauga, Ontario. We are pleased to offer free shipping on every order. We take the utmost care preparing and packaging your one of kind artwork and ensuring it is packaged and delivered to you in a timely manner. One your order has been prepared and shipped, you can expect it to arrive in 7-10 business days.
Refund policy
Your satisfaction is my priority. If you are unhappy with your painting for any reason, contact me within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your painting must be in the same condition that you received it with no signs of damage or wear, and in its original packaging for its protection. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, Mary will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and Shade of Pine Studios cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred during the return shipping process. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for valuable items to ensure a safe and successful return.
